Published under article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce.

2. Terms of use

Access to this site is free and requires no registration. Content, text, images, trade marks and code belong to Diego Strauss unless stated otherwise. You may link to the site freely; you may not copy its content and present it as your own.

Information about services, timescales and projects is indicative and is not a contractual offer. Every piece of work is agreed in writing with its own quotation.

3. Liability

I take reasonable care that everything works and that the information is accurate, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The site is served through Cloudflare, so outages outside my control can happen, including IP range blocks ordered against Spanish network operators.

Links to third-party sites are offered for convenience only. I am not responsible for their content.

4. Data protection

Who processes your data

The controller is Diego Strauss, contact details in section 1.

What I process and why

• If you write to me by email or WhatsApp: your name, your address or phone number and whatever you tell me. I use it to answer you and, if we go ahead, to prepare and carry out the work. Legal basis: your request and then the contract.
• If you use the CENTINELA assistant on the site: the text you type is sent to Cloudflare's AI to generate the reply. It is not linked to your identity and is not kept to build a profile. Please do not type personal or confidential data there.
• Usage statistics: I record anonymously which button is pressed, on which page and from which country. Your IP address is not stored and nothing identifies you. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in knowing which parts of the site are useful.

How long I keep it

Emails and conversations for as long as the relationship lasts, and afterwards for the legal retention periods (up to 6 years for records with tax or commercial effect). Anonymous statistics for up to 3 months.

Who else sees it

I do not sell or share data. I use providers acting as processors:

• Google Workspace (the [email protected] mailbox), in the European Union.
• Cloudflare (hosting, the CENTINELA assistant and anonymous statistics).
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you write through that channel.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask me for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection by writing to [email protected]. I answer within one month. If you think I have not complied, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to your own supervisory authority.

5. Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no similar tracking technology. No advertising, no Google Analytics, no social buttons that follow you. That is why you will not see a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Fonts are hosted on this domain, so your browser does not connect to Google servers when you visit. The 3D viewer on the Spanish home page loads from Spline (spline.design), which receives the IP address needed to serve that content.

6. Applicable law

Spanish law applies. For any dispute the parties submit to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, unless the law requires another jurisdiction, as it does for consumers.
